Less Than Two Weeks…
The number of days until the 2014 X2 Conference are quickly decreasing, but the anticipation for the event is increasing as the days draw nearer to February 19th, 2014. A look at the One-on-One Scheduler also shows a picture that the membership that has shown their commitment to the network is also growing eager for the opportuntiy to network and listen to a message about the network’s performance of the year has faired as well as the direction of the network in the coming year.
One-on-One Meeting Scheduler Usage
The One-on-One Meeting Scheduler was made available this week and the One-on-One Meeting Scheduler Guide was released to coincide with the availability of the system. A pleasing result was that conference guests flocked to the system and nearly immediately began to schedule One-on-One Meetings with each other. Admittedly, as with any release there were a few hiccups involving meeting cancellations, however, with the exception of the rare isolated case a vast majority of attendees were able to set appointments and rearrange their schedule without any complications.
The One-One Meeting Scheduler will remain open for use until 22:00 on February 19th. During the X2 Conference days, the scheduler will be reopen for scheduling and will close at 22:00. Making excellent use of the system and taking advantage of this opportunity to essentially travel the world without leaving the room can prove especially beneficial to members through the personal interaction that can be lacking when communicating through email and instant messaging.
Entertainment
There will certainly be more than meetings from February 19th-22nd, there will also be plenty of entertainment and enjoyment on the agenda for conference guests. On the opening night of the conference there is a Cocktail Party to welcome attendees. However, expect a few surprises during the evening, as there will be more than cocktails and Cuban music for the evening.
Also during the Gala Dinner guests will not only enjoy the delicious menu offered by the Anantara Riverside Resort & Spa, but there will also be live music entertainment featuring the vocals of Keith Nolan and special guest vocals of Keithen Carter. Following the Gala Dinner, the focus of the evening will shift to the pool where guests can let loose, enjoy some drinks, and have fun in the water.Find Out More
